>>12718257Only speed and HP's exact values matter, otherwise it's safe to settle for 30 since virtually all moves have a margin of error and one point will not significantly change your chances of one or two hit KO'ing a given enemy or being one or two hit KO'd by them. The exception is hidden power breeding, and then straight 31's gives you dragon, which is usually a bad choice of hidden power.
