>>20460961I would go Careful on that. Get that bulk. Hyper Voice makes a good mono-attack, but depending on stats Return might be better. Fire/Ice/Ground coverage would definitely be useful, but I think Heal Bell or Safeguard would be great for any team as well.
Cotton Guard is great, though. Uninvested, neutral natue Altaria NOW reaches 540 Defense after one CG. Any boost to that will be quite nice.
