I've loved Chesnaught since seeing his leak. He's a freaking badass. And it fits not only biologically speaking as shown earlier in this thread but thematically as well.
Chespin starts out as that kid who tells everyone he's gonna be a soldier when he grows up and plays soldier every day after school.
Quillidin is the same kid a few years down the line who is headed off to war for the first time. His armor is a little big on him but he'll grow into it. This is what he's been waiting on his whole life.
Lastly there is Chesnaught. Chesnaught is the veteran. He's experienced battle first hand and has shed his fair share of blood. His armor now fits him like a glove and feels more a part of him than a piece of protective clothing. His opinion on war has changed from that of the naive child to that of the experienced warrior.
