- He doesn't evolve, which means levelling from 3 to 4/4 to 5/5 to 6 doesn't require him to kill a creep, which is mandatory for others who also have lane bullies like Lax, Pikachu and Cram
- His stats are already good even without stats spikes, unlike Pikachu, Cram or Lax
- As long as you're using Boner Ush not only are you as mobile as a Speedsters, you are mitigating the damage deficit in the late game
- Justified makes him bulkier than he's supposed to be
As opposed to Venusaur, who not only needs to farm to Lv 7 to be online, his Petal Dance isn't that oppressive until Lv 13. Even then, there are possible counterplays to Petal Dance: just mess up his initial Giga Drain timing and spread out when he starts Petal Dancing, try to control when he moves around too much. Middle Game Venusaur still have a 3 second gap waiting for Petal Dance to go online
