I wan't the "festive" feel back, the kind that implies that the Battle Frontier is a tourist attraction that stirs up the staleness of conventional battles. It'd be like having a new set of Gym Leaders to defeat all over again.

Why wouldn't GF implement this simple thing that could add so much more to the postgame?

My hopes are that GF will release an update in which the 2nd rail in Lumiose or the Couriway trainstation have trains that take you there.

I want to beat Johto's Battle Frontier (SoulSilver). I've already fully EV trained a physically oriented Infernape (Swords Dance set), and now I want a special specs/scarf user and a tank. After thinking a bit, I decided on using Suicune and Latios.

Latios @ Specs/Scarf
EVs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Psychic

Suicune @ Leftovers
EVs: ??? (Bulky, if possible it should take damage from both physical and special sides)
- Aqua Ring (event Suicune)
- Substitute
- Surf
- Ice Beam or something else that might be worth having in a bulky set

So my questions are:
1. How are the movesets here?
2. What should I take into account to make a bulky Suicune?
