Brazil (maybe with a bit of Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Paraguay) would be nice if you want to add more of a junglish vibe, like using boats to navigate through rivers to travel across cities -the closest you already have is some moments in Hoenn-
Possibilities are amazing.
Chile/Argentina/Peru/Bolivia if you want to give it a more mountainous feel to it. In my opinion it would be much more diverse; and it would be amazing if they actually use the Nintendo Switch's power to create an amazing view from Los Andes in-game equivalent.
