I just chalk it up to choosing the water starter in almost every game. That, combined with my "I can only use new mons in the first game of a generation" rule means I jsut never get the chance to use it
Also Eevee. I've never used Eevee or its evolutions in any playthrough outside of a single Leafgreen nuzlocke where I used Vaporeon
