At best, we'll see a decreased usage of Outrage and Drago Puffs, but that's only IF there are some Fairy Types who are alreadly decent because Ghost Types haven't made Close Combat disappear and Earthquake is still a PRESS X TO VIOLATE even WITH both Flying types and Levitate
Even Azumarill the supposed "champion super strong" Fairy Type Pokemon is nothing more than a gimmick Pokemon who'll need a physical Fairy Type Priority move to even function the slightest bit differently.
