Dreepy's a fucking 1% encounter in ONE specific random place in the Wild Area that only has a chance of being rolled during one extremely very specific weather condition. Even then you can only really get it by the time you're about to finish the game (you need Surf) and most people wouldn't think to back track to one random place just to see if it might have the gen's pseudo. It's highly unlikely to be something most people would've actually found on their own. How the fuck would you even know what weather condition to look for without looking it up?
