>>52265685's advice and use the power items! Also, for leveling up to Lv 100, use Encounter Power and go to Area Zero's cave where you find Iron Valliant/Roaring Moon, and it'll be packful of Lv 55 Chanseys. That's how I got to 100 in like 40 minutes (using Lucky Egg + some Exp candies though).
