Toxic is now never-miss when used by a Poison-type iirc. I know this won't work on Steel/Poison/Magic Guard mons but it's still a start.
I'm sure there's a few other things GF did to nerf evasion this gen that I can't remember, either way I think the Evasion clause is outdated.
