>>56824499The fetch quest plot was pretty weak and even the movie recognized it by ignoring it and spending most of the time on action. It wouldn't be so bad if the animation looked better. Usually movies of the era, even if they were weak, had a nice bump in animation quality due to the nature of having a bigger movie budget. This movie appears to have a much lower budget than its contemporaries and looks more like a TV special than a theatrical release. The only thing I can praise is the villain and the intro. Maybe that's where the whole budget went.
