Kalos Route 13 on the other hand can go fuck itself. The Pokemon you encounter usually have Arena Trap, they can chase you down on the overworld faster than you can move sometimes (due to inexplicably strong winds affecting your movement), and if you're looking for the Power Plant on your first run through and you're not consulting a walkthrough or anything, then you're bound to get lost AND have to deal with the chasing Pokemon. God forbid if you try to search for items, too.
Basically, fuck Kalos Route 13.
