>>46498411I dont know where else to ask this, but I have a very simple question. I want to play Emerald, but with 2 tweaks. Is there a ROM hack that has:
- the phys/special split implemented
and
- Trade evos made to evolve without trading (Just evolves at a certain level/use an item on it)
Thats it. I literally just want Emerald as is in its entirety but with those 2 things. Is this possible? I tried looking but all I find are just rom hacks that changed too much and has its own things going on and I just want a slightly different base game. And I dont even know where Id begin searching through the mountains of resources and threads.
