Rollout is only really good in cramped hallways, and not all teamfights happen in those.

If you die doing something stupid, like getting jumped in the middle of nowhere, reflect on why that happened and make a mental note to avoid it in the future. Sometimes you just have to go "well that was stupid of me" in order to improve as a player.
