Was really struggling with either making Attack 100 or 110, but I think 110 is fair as opposed to 100 which isn't much better than Greninja's 95 ATK, even if Greninja favors special moves more. Thought it should be more bulky too, had the DEF at 100 before I went back on it, though.
His low speed will
help in trick room lol500 BST feels fair for a midgame-ish single stager.
