Guarantee you it can morph the cloud-feathers though. The entire Swablu line are goddamn transformers, capable of folding and merging and reshaping their wings and fluff. Check out this reference sheet of Swablu's sleeping/hat form. Mega Altaria must be able to do the same kind of thing.
