Finally got my first radar shiny! Took like 3 days on and off because damn the radar is stressful. Even when I could have sworn the patch I was going in was violently rustling and was far enough away/not on an edge/not beside another patch I kept breaking chains around the 20 mark anyway, and when I finally got 40 it still took me a solid three quaters of an hour resetting my radar for a shiny patch. Don't think I'll be doing that again, but I'm way happy with this guy, Jolly synchro worked and he happened to have 31 speed aswell.
