>>40089970Back in 2005 I used my allowance to buy the final Johto season on DVD. The disappointment of revisiting the Gen 2 anime (and especially the Gary vs Ash battle) was massive. Also, rewatching the Twitch Marathon last year makes you realize that Gary was a loser jobber that didn't even show up more than a handful episodes in both Gen 1 and Gen 2 combined.
