That's not how pokeballs or pokemon work as that would completely horrific, worse then the fact battles are essentially cockfights as Pokemon are sentient creatures. Furthermore it would make affection mechanics pointless as if pokeballs give you control over their actions a pokemon shouldn't be able to belligerent or disobey
