My rival battles me as usual after having cleared through a lot of Silph's police herself. She has Golbat/Dodrio/Muk/Marowak/Weezing, and like all battles with her she's underwhelming level-wise compared to the average trainer, her Weezing only being at Lv. 50.
The Police Chief has Graveler/Machamp/Nidoking/Poliwrath, and is much more suitable to the curve, Poliwrath being at Lv. 62. I beat him and steal their Master Ball.
The seventh Gym Leader is Hermoine in an identical Sabrina's Gym layout; she has Exeggutor/Hypno/Slowbro/Alakazam, and her Alakazam is only at Lv. 51. I'd say I was supposed to fight her before Brock, but the Police Chief, who you of course have to fight before her, also was ten levels higher.
Snek is Lv. 83 and I have 8 Rare Candies.
