>>17353419Everything looks good to me except for Signal Beam like you pointed out.
Looking over what does learn Signal Beam by breeding, I do think Signal Beam is too much of a stretch on something like Rocano. Things that get it by breeding seem to be more beam-oriented, light/ray-oriented (Finneon and Shinx lines), or Bugs/buglike (Trapinch line). Then there are things like Qwilfish and the Spheal line that get it, which don't make too much sense to me so I guess that's where the gray area starts.
Looking at the list of things that got the move by Tutor it seems more like Electric-, Psychic-, and Water-Types were given the move, with the only Fire-Types being either Legendary (Ho-oh and Victini) or part Bug already (Larvesta line). The only Rock-Types that got the move were also part Psychic (Lunatone and Solrock).
It wouldn't bother me if the move stayed, but to me it doesn't seem like it fits enough to keep it.
