To answer some quick questions:
How do you have a Legit Shiny Kalos Born Jirachi?
Answer: Like the pre-screening with Diancie there were some Shiny KB Jirachi given out (along with Diancie & some others that won't be named for now) at E3.
Needless to say they CAN be Traded right now however I'm going to wait until the 1st day of the Official release so this way there's no confusion. Like with Diancie, I had to wait until the pre-screening to pass it out - mostly from courtesy.
As for the Shiny Arceus KB Cherish Ball Event with (???) move and a Pixie Plate to give it that pretty pink shine?
