I think this gives each level up a little extra personality than just stat-ups, as you can potentially grab a move with your new points at your leisure. Also allows pokemon to pivot and adapt battle-to-battle, and fixes issues from infinite TM usage leading to samey coverage options in early-mid game
Do I go through the squisher, or is this not too bad an idea?
