Creator of the template here, I made a new one. I didn't add a lot of new stuff though, less "/soc/ish" things and more Pokémon related ones;
>Added the requested Favorite Type catagory>Added Favorite Mega Evolution>Seperated the Favorite Pokémon game into Favorite Maingame and Favorite Spinoff>Added "New Favorite Pokémon from "Z"?".>Added an (optional) Pokémon Sprite section.>Changed the "Dream Team" and "6 items...">Added a Key Stone catagory so you can draw your own Mega Item.>I also removed Skype because only 1/4th of the templates have their Skype.
