It is the single most forgettable pokemon out of all the 802 that exist. You want simple yet effective, look at Meowth, look at Grumpig, look at Heracross. They're all fairly simple designs with a lot of culture and originality behind them. Also I like that you say simple designs are the best and yet you defend the gen that gave us this shit
