Personally, I would try to research a way to neurologically deal with gender dysphoria, but still grant the option of hormone treatment and surgery for those who are deemed to be sane.
>>38286515Personally, I find it hard to believe that being transgender isn't considered a mental disorder, but I'm not well-researched in neuroscience and sexual psychology, so I don't feel I can challenge that. I'll try to keep an open mind on the issue of transgenderism, even if I find the field of psychology to be shaky given how volatile the knowledge is.
