I think a mysterious writer or librarian team with Pokemon like Alakazam and Gothitelle could work, at the risk of being to similar to Shauntal. Looking at the list of psychic Pokemon, it would also be ironic if they had a Chingling/Chimecho. And yeah, Lenora was a bit weird but her actual gym has little to do with fossils and is more of a museum or library. I actually think it's cool when there are gyms with themes where the type isn't obviously linked
