t. kid who experienced the rise and fall of Pokemania and enjoyed the shit out of every gen with few co plaints u til X and Y. the biggest disappointment I experienced with the games was the lack of transfering my bros from Gen2 to Gen3 but I got over it.
Skipped USUM and am skipping BDSP.
GameFreak doing something like PLA is exciting since it's an actual divergence from the old tried and true formula in a fairly big way. I'm hoping PLA is at least half as refreshing as Colosseum and XD were. Just keeping my expectations tempered unless they start showing off something that gets me excited.
