Some leaked buffs/nerfs
Pikachu volt tackle got a buff for increased movement speed by 12%
Eevee baby doll eyes now decrease enemy speed by 30%
Hyper voice was nerfed damage nerf.
Before (if far) 54%
Now (if far) 42.50%
Before (if near) 32%
Now (if near) 25.50%
So this shuts down sylveon early game hard since it's the 2nd nerf to HV back to back. Oh well its an eevee but that just means Glaceon will probably get a big buff if they are nerfing Sylveon.
