>>54635995You could never "catch them all" because there were always event-only mythicals like Mew and Celebi that required you to participate in events that might simply not be a thing where you live. Even if you had both games or friends with those games, if there was no event, you were out of luck.
If you're missing mons that are simply unavailable in your game, there's no foul in using glitches or cheats to get them. You're simply circumventing a shitty IRL system.
