I guess the biggest distinction between me and what I'd consider a weeaboo is that I don't believe Japan/Japanese products are automatically superior to every country in the world in every way, and I don't add "kawaii desu~~~ ^___^" shit to my typing.
I am not a man of many secrets, but I'd sooner die than have anyone in my real life discover how enveloped in Japanese culture I am.
