>>44196705It's not, it's awful. The best I could think to do is dump a couple Ho-Oh EX and a bunch of energy, to then hit them with Ninja Boy. The real question is why would you use a Stage 3 GX move for that instead of just digging with Battle Compressors and other discard effects?
I guess you could dump something and then use an item or ability to pull it back out and into your hand, as a roundabout search, but again that's a lot of effort.
