When a younger me envisioned what my hometown would be like in the Pokemon World, I had Gulpin and Swalot signed on as street cleaners (this was before Garbodor and Trubbish were around). I still say Gulpin is the superior janitor. Trubbish just collects all that trash, Gulpin melts it down into energy. It's just so much more eco-friendly as long as you keep small children and pets away from them.
