Whatever its' name is, it's obviously designed after a hyena more than anything else. Whatever dog is there is inconsequential as to be irrelevant. It's easy to take a cartoon animal and make it reminiscent of a dog; it's another thing as to whether it actually is a dog.
>>38426007>I want to see what mental gymnastics you make to justify somehow not seeing this as a dog.Hyenas look like dogs. Bringing up a picture of a cartoon hyena cub and saying it looks like a dog does fucking nothing other than state the obvious. Using this picture, I could even argue that Poochyena's design takes so much from a Brown Hyena that it might as well be solely based off of it. The black face, the back fur, the sharp ears, the obvious strength of its jaws to allude to an inspiration taken from animals called bone-crushers. You can find that stuff in the Brown Hyena.
