I don't remember him mentioning virgin sacrifice of humans at all but I do think he mentions that the blood of an intelligent and innocent human male child or adolescent is the most ideal or has the most potential or some shit which doesn't really necessarily mean that one such person should be killed anyway, only that their blood is necessary for a ritual
