Instead of putting the click through menu at the top like a normal person, they put it down past the appstore link, past an ad, past the set of "next page" arrows, and past a distinct horizontal line. Any one of those FOUR things is a clear "bottom of page" signal. I only realized there was more because I swiped on the page in frustration and it kept scrolling.
