Some people like grinding. I imagine the people who like spending entire days getting perfect Pokemon are the same type of people who grind mounts in World of Warcraft. I understand the appeal, but no thanks.
Then you've got people like me who just enjoy Pokemon, I think it's a cool game, have enjoyed it for years, but come on now, everyone doesn't like that shit. So I'd rather drop 20 bucks and buy a pixel horse than grind for one for hours.
If both options are there, take the one that applies to you. Be proud of your hard earned Pokemon, but don't give me shit because I couldn't care less.
