>>44286948I know the Gen 5 games heavily favor one side of the argument even if they claim to have a morally ambiguous narrative, but I find it very interesting that it seems most fans firmly believe in the Player=Truth / N=Ideal dichotomy (the implication being that N is wrong) without considering the possibility that N's viewpoint is the cruel truth which is overcome by the protagonist's love for Pokemon, a beautiful ideal, as an equally valid interpretation.
