I've decided any low level Pokémon I already caught I receive (that aren't in another language) I'm going to put in my party and gain some levels with EXP Share and teach some TMs from my point in the game. Then I'll put them back on the Wonder Trade. Turn the Pokémon sent to annoy into something that a player early in the game wouldn't mind having.
