This is a sidequest I've been neglecting to screenshot, but you can catch a few criminals for the police department. This guy is a recurring boss who just gets away somehow twice before this point.
Also, I like how the joke that anon made about bail a few threads back was deconfirmed but also there's the fact that a guy who was convicted of mass terrorism and thousands of death had bail posted for him, in what fucking world
