I guess I will go with the bigger ones so that sleeping with them is actually worth it due to higher inventory size.
Also worth noting that to balance the new ingredient's high power, Gourgeist has by far the lowest ing rate across all ing specialists (13% for all forms, Gengar has 16.10% for comparison). And even among all mons in the game there are only 3 or 4 lines that have a worse ing rate.
