If I had to just focus on just vaporeon, I could see it being a rather fast fighter with range attacks.
Up B is shooting water down to propel up this attack can hit players on the ground when jumping above them.
Sideways B is water gun similar to squirtle but can't be held or charged.
Down B is shooting water up quite a big distance it's designed to hit airborne targets.
All smash attacks focus on hitting with the tail.
