Monty and Caroline Belrose are the paresnts of some of Dr Electrorape's orphans, Zina is presumably the wife of suicide man. Elizabeth Connal is the dead wife of doctor electrorape and her death somehow tiggered his interest in electric rape. the policeman is some npc earlier in the game.
