Grotle, Incineroar, Dartrix, Chimchar, Croconaw, Decidueye, Popplio, Oshawott, Emboar, Venusaur, Samurott, Servine, hell, even some well renowned and beloved Pokemon like Greninja with its weird tongue scarf and mishappen head shape, Marshtomp and Swampert being favorites of mine technically fit with the "ugly" tag, even Sceptile is uglier too with a similar awful polygonal head like Greninja and bland unnecessary lines along his belly, back tumors and tree ass... all of them legitimately qualify as "uglier". I'd say "hateable" is a more apt tag for Inteleon.
