Ruling question: Can I "heal" a Pokemon if it has full HP? I was thinking of throwing together this Xerneas with Florges Break, since hitting for 160 off a single DCE on a non-EX seems kind of great, but less so if I need to wait for my opponent to hit me first.
If not, are there any consistent ways of putting damage counters on your own Pokemon? All I can think of is Rainbow Energy, or Frozen City in Expanded.
