>>54622767NTA but what if in the Pokémon World a person discovered a Bastiodon skull and this inspired him to create this type of architecture?
Something similar to how fossil discoveries inspired dragon myths in our world. Oh well, a closer example is how the anatomy of certain birds inspired the creation of airplanes.
The thing with Pokemon is that you have to look at them from two perspectives:
1 Externally, that is a fictional creature based on different concepts and references from our world
2 Internally, within its world it is a real creature that belongs to an ecological niche and there is a reason why it has those characteristics.
That said, probably many of the cultural contributions of the Pokemon world happened naturally and then humans were the ones who imitated this, for example the agonistic behavior of species like Incineroar, Hawlucha, Machamp inspired the sport of wrestling, Garchomp's form of flight inspired jet engines, Gothitelle's appearance inspired Victorian fashion, or Cyclizar's anatomy gave rise to motorcycles.
