Decidueye has a fucking feather six-pack but no crotch. His legs split apart like a fucking clothes peg. Those wings/arms are amongst the worst of all 3D models.
They put so much effort into Primarina's unfitting hair that the rest of the model suffered greatly. Spindly flipper arms, low detail on the body so that without the hair she looks like a fakemon. Bad colour palette also.
Incineroar is the same deal. Terrible proportions on the limbs and has no neck. His colour palette is also bad and they recycled his chest piece to use on its back so he has two sets of pecs
So yes they are bad. Not because I dont like them; but because they are bad.
