And even if Likonime won't stick for more than 3 to 6 years, we would most likely switch over to a Pokespe adaption, where DP has one of the best character dynamics and have Dawn (Aka Platinum) as a cool character who takes on Gyms AND contests. Also here's another thing Famon won't admit: Marnie actually has a personality in the Manga.
