okay that's fair but it ain't that bad

actually there's 3 (jubilife and the two clan settlements) and realistically the 1 is all you need

abilities and held items aren't needed to make a good game, anon, look at gens 1 and 2, still great games.

the combat system is actually quite nice feeling when you can get it down, the roll is more useful than you'd think, and the balloon stuff is just a side thing to do.

the entire game is based around filling a pokedex, it makes sense that the amount of pokemon is slow
